Self-taught chef Will has an unrivalled understanding of the marriage of flavours. Inspired by his travels to a range of Hispanic countries, Will specialises in creating authentic Hispanic and Latin dishes from the finest ingredients, transporting his customers across the seas to warmer soils.
Although Will spends the majority of his time as a dedicated Housebites chef, cooking for his hundreds of avid followers, he also makes time to cater for a range of private events, from producing traditional empanadillas for large parties to smaller, more intimate private dinners.
