Umberto has worked as a chef throughout Europe for the past 14 years, cooking alongside top chefs and enabling himself to learn from a range of cuisines.
He grew up on the beautiful island of Sicily, which is often called 'God's Kitchen', and he embodies the traditional Italian passion for food, pouring love and the highest quality, most seasonal ingredients into every dish he creates.
Having catered for a wide range of events, Umberto is very experienced in private catering. He specialises in modern Italian cuisine, makes all of his pasta from scratch and likes to add an original twist to every dish he creates.
