Hello, I'm Sam! I have been intrigued by the flavour, texture and design of dishes since I was a child. Throughout my teens, I often used to experiment in the kitchen, and all of my jobs since then have been food-related. Whilst studying in Bath, I worked in a weird and wonderful Strudel Bar, and I then moved back to Brighton, where I've been cheffing for 4 years. I've actually been working in one of Brighton's busiest and most critically acclaimed pubs, notorious for fresh food and interesting specials!!
I am truly passionate about cooking; I focus on quality ingredients, imaginative flavour combinations and simple, clean presentation. I'm constantly reading recipe books, and am always inspired by new cultures, cuisines, chefs and restaurants.
