Hello, I'm Davide! Having worked with some of the best chefs in London, including Tom Aikens & James Holah, I have a good understanding and respect for the produce I use. I buy my ingredients fresh every day, and I strongly believe that a menu should be based on what you can source daily.
I am skilled in British, Italian, French, and modern European food. I'm also passionate about Peruvian cuisine; my wife Silvia was born in Peru, and I have visited the country many times, so I enjoy recreating some of its amazing, traditional dishes.
