Alice has worked as a chef in an impressive array of London's top restaurants, including Bentley's, Hix, The Wolseley and Granger & Co.
She featured on Masterchef a few years ago, and it was this that inspired her to train as a professional chef at Westminster Kingsway.
Alice has also gained experience working alongside universally-celebrated chefs such as Richard Corrigan and Bill Granger.
Placing huge emphasis on food sourcing, Alice specialises in traditional British cooking, using seasonal, sustainable produce. She enjoys making food which is unfussy, but well executed and deeply flavoursome.
